About 24 hours before your session, avoid alcohol and energy drinks. Get a good night’s sleep and eat a hearty meal before your visit. If we have a long session ahead of us (more than 5 hours), bring a snack with you.
- Do not damage the film until it has been removed
- Avoid exposing the skin to steam: saunas, swimming pools, saunas, tanning beds, hot baths, and hot showers
- Shower for no more than 15 minutes in lukewarm water
- Avoid physical exertion and sports training
- Avoid mechanical irritation and do not scratch the tattoo
- Serious illnesses: HIV, AIDS, hepatitis, diabetes, cancer, blood disorders, cardiovascular failure
- Autoimmune diseases and severe skin conditions
